“The reading lights delivered were not complete and required an additional back plate. On re-reading the product description this is mentioned but it was not obvious. Now I am facing extra costs which makes the product uncompetitive also with an added delivery fee.
Why is it sold separately in this way and why is there no reminder to purchase the rest of the light when ordering? I think that this is a deliberate ploy to catch out customers in a hurry. Luckily, i found the extra parts at my local Kew electrical shop who could not have been more helpful. Guess what?, I will not be purchasing from Electricalwholesalers4u again!”

“I purchased a 16" fan from Amazon and was so impressed I went to order a second one a day later only to find the price had gone up by £7. So, I did a Google search and came across these people who were selling one even cheaper than I had originally paid. It was dispatched via DPD the same day as ordering but unfortunately DPD "lost" it at their Milton Keynes depot. After notifying EW4u I received a replacement via Royal Mail the very next morning. Excellent service.”
