“I had a good experience with this online store. I bought a Hager consumer unit with SPD, best price available, also their customer service was prompt in informing me about the stock status after I placed the order. They indicated that whilst they could send the consumer unit and SPD separately, a newer model with the two components integrated was due in 2 days time. To their credit it was shipped and delivered as promised within 2 days, so I have to say they were spot on!”

“Not the best. Firstly the colour change remote is hit and miss when it comes to operation. But more importantly the tiny amount of flex on the light fitting is ridiculous. By the time you’ve terminated the cable in a connection box there’s not enough length on the flex to point to and just the angle or swivel the fitting in a suitable direction. Very poor & unsatisfactory.”

Unfortunately I had ordered the wrong ones and have placed another order.
I have asked about returning the original
