I have had to cancel the planned work as I have no idea if the items I have paid for will ever appear. I bought a rectangle of intumescent self-adhesive to fit to the roof of the consumer unit because it gives me freedom to slot the roof and feed the outgoing cables where I want, and I think it addresses the fire concerns better than glands which have air holes through them. Fusebox is my preferred maker, but I am not sure about the benefits of bidirectional rcbo for domestic demands.”
“Product arrived very quickly and was moderately well packaged. The web site was easy to navigate and the price was competitive. I would recommend electricalwholesalers4u.com. The Rolec EVO car charger is neatly designed and installation was straight forward. However the Rolec EVO operators manual is poor. It is badly written without clear explanation and fails to satisfy a step by step guide. It took ages to achieve commissioning and then progress operation, simply because of the lack of explanation / guidance. You tube videos assisted though. You need 2 apps, one to commission and one to operate the device, neither are particularly user friendly. That said once it was up and running it works well and is one of the more budget friendly car chargers. Overall a decent purchase.”
