“Order was sent out incomplete, I called them they said they need to investigate and will call me back, they didn’t. I call back again and am told the same thing. I complained that no one called back and after a few minutes the lady on the phone said items are out of stock. No communication at all and the phone staff are not helpful at all. Don’t recommend.”

I’m in business. I understand items are subject to vat and I also understand that trade prices are typically advertised net, but searching google as a retail customer, the face value showed only net. let’s not f*ck about, just show me the price I’m going to pay!

“I have placed several big orders, on their easy to use website. Deliveries have been very quick. They also respond with returns very quickly. I had received a defective PIR light which they replaced immediately. I have no doubt I will be a returning customer”
