GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT! The team, especially george was super super helpful informative and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and resolved my account problem. He truly deserves an applause! Nice atmosphere in the call. Previously, I wasn’t very happy with customer service but after this store’s service, I am a happy customer again.

Two Sprint stores worked on the phone and could not get it programmed. I called the company that I purchased the phone from and still did not get the phone programmed. I am stuck with a phone that can not be programed.

Adam was, in one word - OUTSTANDING. And I am a tough reviewer. Highly professional, very personable, and extremely knowledgable, he went above and beyond to resolve an important and rather complicated issue that the prior 3 repair stores I visited could not. Different from the others, he listened to what I had to say carefully, and dug into the details to resolve the problem the others could not be bothered with. If higher-ups are reading this, I strongly recommend him for a promotion and raise as he is a gem, and frankly saved the five lines I have from going to another provider. Superior performance deserves superior reward! And I'm extremely happy with my new device and I will be shopping here again!

Jack was very attentive, excellent customer service. He answered all my questions and showed his interest to find the be deal for me. Definitely recommend this store the staff members I had contact with were very friendly and professional.

This was definitely one of the most wasteful experiences in my life— not only in money, but most definitely in time & energy. I wanted to order this old PINK phone— Sanyo SCP-2700 Sprint. I ordered an extra charger also. I paid for 3 day-shipping, and it arrived 2 days later. I would’ve been okay with that, but I PAID for 3-day shipping. I went back and forth with a man via email & phone—I even talked with USPS. There was nothing in my mailbox at all, and I would be told that it is there. I ha to go through the trouble of making a claim with the post office— but it just finally arrived later. AND THEN just when I thought all this was over— As soon as I opened the package, the phone wasn’t even the right color. It was blue.. How do they advertise a pink phone, and send the customer with a blue one? Not only that— it didn’t even come with an extra charger that I PAID FOR. At that point, I was done.. I took it to the Post Office the next day, and paid $8.14 of my OWN money— JUST to send it back. I emailed them that it would arrive on Monday, and that I wanted a full refund. I was even told that I could get a refund on the money used to send it back. “Steve” emailed back, telling me to give it 3-4 day for a full refund. I THOUGHT IT WAS FINALLY OVER. They gave me a refund alright— but they only gave me $103.50! I paid $129.58 because of the extra charger THAT IT DIDN’T EVEN COME WITH, and I only got $103.50 back. I didn’t get any refund for the the $8.14 I paid to get it shipped back to New York where it came from. I emailed them, and “Steve”replied saying that the phone was turned on— He even attached a link that led me to their policy. That’s it. I wasted 19 days of my time & energy with this company. And I lost $34.22— FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I basically paid for a crappy phone through a crappy company with crappy service— and because of that, I got crapped on. LOL I am a real person. I’m not some kind of robot or fake person— No, dude. This is real, and I should’ve done my research on this company.. I can’t believe that (right now as I see it) there are 71 complaints in the BBB. I’ll be the 72nd. Don’t let this happen to you. Don’t be the 73rd.

I Have not visited this website store in years as I normally order from their online site.... It was great to visit, to shop and to feel safe and comfortable in taking my time in viewing their showroom. Besides loving all they have to offer~ I loved seeing the electronicsforce staff being Diligently nice consistently! Thank you Electronicsforce👍🏼💯😌

They have sent me the wrong phone 3 times and have messed up for the 4th time with me. I can't know if it's wrong until I open the box. I'm tired of spending money to send the wrong phone back and wait 2 weeks or more for the phone to leave Brooklyn. There is too many other more important things I should be stressing over. Out $300 because of their policy and their incompetence. I'm done dealing with them because all they are is a source of unneeded stress and incompetence.

I have made a recent order with them on a phone and had it shipped via 2 day shipping. When a week past and I still haven't received my item, I called them to see what's up. And they quickly answered my phone call and we're very nice to me over the phone. In the end I have received my item, the post office got the delay but I also didn't pay for the shipping.

Absolutely the best website to order a phone from. Purchase was easy and website was easy to navigate. Delivery was on time by their terms of policy and prices are cheaper compared to other places.
