Highly professional, very personable, and extremely knowledgable, he went above and beyond to resolve an important and rather complicated issue that the prior 3 repair stores I visited could not. Different from the others, he listened to what I had to say carefully, and dug into the details to resolve the problem the others could not be bothered with. If higher-ups are reading this, I strongly recommend him for a promotion and raise as he is a gem, and frankly saved the five lines I have from going to another provider. Superior performance deserves superior reward! And I'm extremely happy with my new device and I will be shopping here again!
