We would like to clarify that you submitted your initial consultation request on November 16th, and the clinician approved a prescription the same day. You were informed by our partner pharmacy that an order was being prepared on November 17th. The order was then shipped on November 18th and delivered on November 20th. Unfortunately, we received your request to cancel the order on November 21st, after it had already been delivered. As per our policy, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or delivered. “not impressed with how, they sent my rx by Canada post and I still have not received it. They , like everyone in Canada knew there was a strike. the next day after they sent it there was a strike. so I had to order more at extra cost to have shipped via fedex”
