Considerable time between ordering and receiving the product. Also: the strength of the medication was insufficient. I had already tried that medication at a strength of 50 mg per tablet which did not work.

It's genuinely unbelievable how frequently you manage to not deliver my medication. It's sent to the wrong address, forgotten, etc. at least 1 out of every 3 deliveries and now 2 in a row. As a long time customer I'm going to have to consider other options if you can't get it together. Now you've increased my price by $5. I'm at a loss for words.

They signed me up for a stupid subscription service and I cannot cancel it without calling VISA. their system to reset passwords doesn't work and I can't stop recieving these

This process is in place to assist patients in continuing their treatment without interruption, and it’s explained in the initial messages you received from both our clinician and pharmacy team. For reference, our clinician’s message included the following: “Automatic Refills: Refills will be automatically shipped about 2 weeks before you run out. You may pause and resume your refills through your account anytime.” Similarly, our pharmacy team also outlined: “When you have approximately two weeks' supply remaining, we will send you an email reminder that your next three-month supply is being prepared. If your next refill needs to be adjusted, please reach out to us, and we can modify the order accordingly. To pause your subscription at any time, you can log into your account here: https://www.essentialclinic.ca/account.” If you ever need to reset your password, simply click “Forgot Password or Don’t Have One?” on the login page. The system works properly as long as the correct primary email address is entered — a verification code will then be sent to your phone number on file. If you’d prefer to receive it by email or need help accessing your account, our team is always happy to assist. Rest assured that your subscription has now been fully cancelled as requested, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to manually request a new order. Fairly happy with my experience of essential clinic. My pills came in on time and they respond the messages within an hour or two for the most part. I had a friend refer them to me so I didn’t find an ad for them online or anything. When searching them up I didn’t find too much information so I was basing and trusting everything off of my friends experience with them. All that being said, I think essential should have a dedicated page to who they are, who they work with and what do they do? How are they different from my local franchised pharmacy? What is their goal? Also, I had scheduled a time to call with them a few days prior to the call and when the scheduled time came, I didn’t receive anything until four hours later. I had also written to them 50 minutes after they were supposed to call me but I got no response. I found that a bit sketchy and unprofessional.
