Another pharmacy change and now they won’t run my medication through insurance anymore. This change was never communicated to me until after I had requested a refill. When trying to make a claim for the medication on my insurance, I was unsure what to put in for the details the insurance was asking. I asked through the help here and after multiple back and forth, they still have not answered my question as to what to put it in the form. Also it takes over a day or two to get a reply. They’re clearly not reading my messages I’m sending. I may discontinue my service soon
