“The items came like the next day and the packaging was cute, but the items were really dusty and the straw broke after the second use (but I haven’t read the instructions so it could be fixable).”

Hey Lucy, I hope this finds you well. It's James here from Faerly. I was really sorry to see this review come through after your recent purchase. As a small business, customer reviews are something we take really seriously. We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchases from us, and I'm really sorry if we didn't hit the mark for you this time. About the item arriving dusty - I'm so sorry to hear that. That definitely shouldn't be the case. We shred used cardboard and use that for filler material, and the nature of it means it can be a bit dusty. I wonder was it from that? Or possibly it was dust on the products that we didn't catch when we were packing your order. I'm really sorry if that's the case, and I'll speak to our team about it. As I said when I emailed you at the time, if you had a picture of it that you could share, that would be really helpful? The extendable straw shouldn't have broken on first use. We sell a lot of these bundle kits and we've never had an issue with a straw breaking, so I'm hoping this is just an isolated issue. As I said by email at the time, we'd be happy to send you a replacement straw, or if you're not happy with the flip lid, and if it's too stiff for what you need, we'll take it all back and give you a refund or credit for it. I’ve emailed you a few times to try and resolve this but haven’t heard back so I'm not sure if my emails got to you but to pick this up, or if you have any other feedback or questions, don't hesitate to let me know.
