“Unfortunate need for return I ordered two coffee cups from Faerly and unfortunately had an issue with them. I sent an email explaining and recieved a prompt response from James. He couldn't have been more helpful . I received two replacement cups this morning with a return label for the two previous cups. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received, and wish the Faerly team all the best for future buisness. I will be returning as a customer and I highly recommend shopping here !”
