“I've been ordering from this site for a few years now and love the range and quality of products. On the rare instance that there has been a problem with my order (product out of stock, product defect), the customer service has always been so helpful and prompt. They really do care about their customers' experience-- right down to the hand written notes and chocolate sent with each order!”

“Faerly are a real company eith real people willing to provide excellent products, exactly as shown on their website. Communications with the company are quick and resolute and I would not hesitate in recommrnding them for gifts. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I will use them again. My gift delivery was from Ireland to the Netherlands and my recipient was delighted with their gift.”
