“Palm Free Soaps arrived on time for Christmas and make lovely gifts. Faerly appear to be giving small companies a window to the world. I noticed Vico products on the Faerly site and I've bought those before. Keep up the good work.”

“I was very impressed with the customer service at Faerly, they were prompt with my order despite it being a very busy time of year, they left a kind note inside and as opposed to other online shops it felt like you were actually interacting with people rather than bots etc. Quality products and will definitely order through them again”
