“I was ordering Co2 bottles and there was an issue with collection which was mu fault not faerly's fault and they sorted the issue and looked after me very promptly and in such a friendly way , I like dealing with companies that find solutions not problems”

“I did a google search for an item and Amazon was the top hit but I saw that Faerly had the item on their website for sale so I decided to give sn Irish company the business. I placed the order and was wondering if it would arrive on timce for Christmas so I phoned the next day and spole to a female staff member who was courteous anbdn kind and told me that the prodiuct was in stock and trhat I would have it the next day and it arrived so thank you,”
