“Ordered from Faerly and they contacted me that my item was not in stock so gave me some options and I opted to wait until the item was back in stock as I was in no rush for it. The communication is what stood out for me as great customer service, James was friendly and prompt with updates and this would encourage me to shop again and to tell friends.”

“Wonderful company. Ethical and caring, great products and staff. I had ordered the wrong gas cylinders for my water carbonator... I had no idea I had. They emailed me to ask me to check. They were right, I had only ordered once before , a number of years ago! I'm very impressed with the care they take of the customers. Also have discovered the first natural deodorant that actually works...and its Irish ! (Vico) they had a sale on which encouraged me to try a few things, I was really happy with all my purchases. A great company , thanks Faerly !”
