“I bought 8m of thick underlay for laminate floor to use under long rug but it arrived and I opened it to find it was in two bits so had to tape it which is not what I wanted at all. 8m should be just that not two short bits”

We're sorry to here that the 8m² roll of 5mm underlay that you received was in two pieces, this is not usually the case but unfortunately not something we can control without opening and unrolling every roll that we get from the manufacturer.
