“Quick despatch but I would expect next day delivery for the amount what they charge for the delivery One week later still haven't received anything”

We also understand that you expected to receive your order within one day, given the amount you paid for the delivery. I can see that your order was delivered in between Christmas and New Year, and I can only apologise, we did try to warn customers of delays over Christmas on the carrier network.
