“Product fine but having paid upon placing order I would prefer not to be sent an invoice which is confusing”

Hi Paul, thank you for your feedback. As we deal mostly with trade contractors who require invoices for VAT purposes we must be able to to supply these. The website is set up to automatically provide the paperwork, apologies if you received more emails than necessary or if it was confusing. I will pass this information to our accounts department and see if there is an easier way to deal with it. Kind regards Floorstock

“Buying Pallmann wood block filler: are they all compatible with their lacquer types? Floorstock knew (yes), had it in stock, delivered rapidly. Bit pricey though.”
