“Good choice of products but am put off ordering much because of the cost of postage and returns not being free. Returns should be free otherwise you end up losing up to £10 for nothing. Delivery is slow as well”

“The main compliment is the very efficient handling of purchasing and returning on the internet. The order arrived within a day, and the credit for returned goods was equally efficient. The description of clothes on line is also good, commenting on size and wearability. My only small complaint is I find visiting the store overwhelming. Too much in a small space, but the assistants are very good at looking for the right piece of clothing, well done.”
