“Despite the difficulty in buying clothes online, particularly when some of the brands are One Size there is never a problem with returning. Very swift service. Only criticism is the prices - VAT is a little confusing.”

“What I love about Gemini is that they offer fashions suitable across age ranges and use older models to provide that confidence to their customers. The orders arrive extremely quickly and are always beautifully wrapped. Making returns is straight forward and similarly, financial adjustments are completed quickly. The occasional surprise offers of reduced costs are always a delight to receive.”

“I like the choice of clothes but have to buy online as I don’t live close enough to the shop to go very often. I find it disappointing that you charge a fairly hefty postage fee but do not offer free returns. I would normally expect to pay either for postage or returns as most other online firms do, but not both. It certainly puts me off buying anything I am unsure about which is a shame as I would buy much more often if I knew I could return/exchange for free.”

“As a good customer of Gemini i am most disappointed with my recent transaction. With an offer of 15% off i added the code to the appropriate box followed by your 5% offer. Both these promotions were accepted. After the transaction had been completed i noticed that only 5% had been deducted. There is no way of checking this until transaction has been completed. It may be a while before i shop again.”

“I’ve recently made several purchases from Gemini Woman having only just discovered them. Every time the delivery was speedy and the products were lovely, felt gorgeous and were unusual- sadly not every garment suited me and had to be returned but this process too was speedy and efficient. I will definitely be shopping here again.”
