“When my dress arrived it was in the same package as a. bottle of diffuser oil, although in different bubble wrap. The bottle was smashed. The highly perfumed oil was everywhere, and after a long and helpful conversation with Amber I repackaged the dress, which in my opinion was unwearable, and returned it. All of the paperwork was ruined. It cost £7.65 in postage. I have now received the refund, no postage and not the slightest suggestion that, if I make further order, I may qualify for a discount for my trouble.”

“Excellent service. I am new customer I have placed two orders, both orders were received the day after the order being placed. There was a slight defect on one of my garments, made a phone call, really helpful staff, I received a replacement the day after before I had even returned the faulty item. I am really happy with the labels I purchased an consider them good quality for the price tag.”
