“Our recent purchase from Get Laid Beds was one of the best and easiest transactions we have made. The bed after being custom made was delivered earlier than was expected and was very easy to assemble. All the pieces were packed professionally and without any damage. We enjoyed the style options as well as having a choice to not include a headboard. We love our new bed and will enjoy it for years to come.”

“I’m sorry to write a poor review. We recently received the bed frame material. All of that looks fine. Unfortunately, we are going to have to return everything, because we have no idea how to put it together. It’s much more complicated than what we realized. The first piece we tried to put together where the notch fits into the headboard piece didn’t fit. We are not carpenters and wouldn’t want to drill through the wood to put other pieces together. I’m waiting to hear back from the company.”

“The assembly instructions included with the bed were extremely unclear. I paid a handyman to assemble the bed and we spent at least 30 extra minutes trying to figure out what the instructions were saying. Worse yet, it seems that an incorrectly sized wooden piece was included with the bed. However, to date we have no idea because customer service was closed and there's absolutely no additional information online about assembling the bed.”

“I had a pretty bad experience with ordering your bed. !) It arrived missing the screws the directions/instruction said should be contained. So, I had to go to a hardware store to buy them. 2) I called your company to get help and there was no way to leave a message on your automated system. 3) I received a notice that the bed would arrive on the 27th of September and to block off 8 am to 6 pm for delivery. Meanwhile, the bed arrived a few days ago via FedEx.”

“The purchasing, shipping, and delivery process was positive. The bed is well-constructed and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, it is extremely loud and creaky so we are ultimately disappointed with the order.”

“The bed arrived before the scheduled time, this was nice. My husband put it together within a few hours, it seemed easy enough and all screws needed were included. Customer service was really friendly when we called before the purchase with questions and she did not push for the sale. We purchased via the web store, it was easy and the choices can't be beaten. The pricing too is excellent, given the quality of the beds.”

“I live in California and I felt a little anxious ordering a wooden bed frame from a company located in England. Letting go of my fears, I took the plunge and ordered the Low Fuji Attic bed, California King size. I love it! Assembly took some work but instructions were precise and hardware fit was excellent: all holes matched perfectly! I am very happy with my purchase.”

“I liked the quality of the wood material used including the quality of Oak solid wood and the grains. However, there is one drawback in the way the wooden side frame slats are attached to the legs of the bed. Rather than using screws to hold the slats to the main headboard, you could think of using nuts and bolts. This would give us better control of the bed while shifting from one place to another. Also, using Nuts and bolts would ensure the bed frame and the side slats are firmly attached to the bed without making much noise when we sleep on the mattress. My point is to make the bed frame attachment easier to fix and transport without compromising the rigidity of the wooden frames and slats ( like Japanese Joinery). At least in the US, most of them will expect bed frames to be easier to shift from one house to another. I hope you will make some improvements in your design to accommodate the above shortcomings. That will make your product greater acceptance.”

“Had an issue assembling the headboard. There are no markings on the headboard to guide where it is attached which makes it a bit of a guessing game about how to attach it square. Otherwise a really nice looking bed and good service.”

“The size and looks of the bed are great. However, the bed slats are very weak and unsupported. We sometimes hear cracking when my son gets on the bed with any type of force. The thing that really drops the stars, however, is the misrepresentation of delivery dates. It clearly says on the website that we chose the delivery date the the bed will be delivered on that date. We were away and the bed was delivered early and left on our porch for several days before we could get home to the bed. That isn't ok. We would have acted differently, had we known the package could show up while we were away. Luckily, the boxes were still there and undamaged by weather.”

“I never received the bed, I paid extra to have the shipment expedited but I have no tracking number or anything. There was also no notification that the shipment would be delayed. Very disappointed, I will be asking for a refund.”
