Hi, The order was placed for delivery on a certain day and came the following day of the request. It was instructed to drop off after 3pm, was dropped off at 10.34am and left in the sun. Overall the package was very good, just instructions could be worked on by the freight company you use. Kind regards

Hi Kerry, we apologise that your parcel arrive a day late. 98% of our gifts do arrive on time, however delays of 1-2 business days, while rare, are still possible. We do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide and sometimes there are delays which are out of our control. There is also a statement under "delivery instructions" which advises customers that we cannot specify a delivery time or ask Startrack to call a recipient prior to delivery. We sincerely if this information was unclear in any way. Despite what happened during the delivery process, we are pleased to hear that you were happy with our product and thank you for providing your feedback to us. Hi Seshnee, we apologise that your parcel arrived earlier than requested. There have been delays Australia wide and we have been advised by our courier company to send everything out a day or so early in order to counteract these delays. Unfortunately your parcel was not affected by these delays and therefore arrived early. While the majority do prefer to receive the gifts earlier rather than later, we understand if the early arrival was inconvenient or upsetting for you. Please note, we do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guaranteed delivery date) and we also have a statement advising that orders may be dispatched early. We sincerely apologise if this information was unclear in any way.

The basket was so fabulous. The recipient was so pleased - she said it was beautifully presented, and the contents were high quality. I was kept up to date of delivery too. I highly recommend these baskets.

The basket was amazing! I understood delivery was possible, it was dropped off at the local post office… which is fine, I just wasn’t expecting that. Overall very happy with everything. I’m in Canada, all details were taken care of very well.

Bought this hamper for a Xmas present and the seal on the caramel sauce was ripped. I’m embarrassed to give it to my boss .

Hi Ro, we are so sorry to hear about what happened to the caramel sauce. Please know we will never dispatch a product if the seals are not intact. The seal may have ripped when it's in transit.
