Hi Richard, we sincerely apologise that your parcel arrive a day later than the requested date. 98% of our gifts do arrive on time, however delays of 1-2 business days, while rare, are still possible. We do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide and delays are possible. “Convenient and very fast . Next day delivery with tracking. My mum-in-law loved the soft puppy with chocolate. The only thing I ask is to make sure the Delivery Driver knocks on the door and beeps the horn. It was left outside on the ground outside front door. I saw from tracking it had been delivered and left in safe place. My Mum-in-law was home and I rang her in Tasmania from Brisbane, so she could look for it . If I didn’t, chocolate would have melted or ants or both . Otherwise Gift was beautiful. Thank you Lily”

Hi Joe, we apologise that your gift arrived later than expected. We could see from the tracking that your gift was processed and picked up by the courier the same day it was ordered. Unfortunately it was delayed when it was in transit and we had no control over the delivery process once a parcel is with the courier. We do have a statement at the checkout advising our customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide and sometimes delays are possible.
