“I have used Giftbasket.com.au for several years now for Xmas baskets for Teachers at my Son's schools. I have always found them reliable for delivery on time, the greeting cards have always matched the parcels and there have been no mishaps. I have always received great feedback from the Teachers for their gifts.”

“I would love to review your product but as far as I am aware, due to postal disruption, the package hasn't arrived yet. It would be better to ask me for a review after Christmas when my Australian family have opened their gifts.”

“Good quality products,can be customised and a wide variety to choose from. Web site is easy to navigate and order from. Packaged arrived before delivery date which was wonderful. Product was in excellent condition. Extremely pleased with this service and will use again”

Hi Linda, we had a look at the order you placed, we could see that you have selected 8th Dec as the delivery date and tracking shows it was delivered and left in a safe place on the 8th. Have you checked with the recipients and confirmed with them?
