“My review will deal only with my view of the proceedings from my end as the gift basket was delivered to another address, but the addressee DID ring me immediately and she sounded very enthusiastic about the gift. Ordering was very simple and straightforward. As a delivery strike was to go on, this company sent out my gift immediately and that was appreciated. Altogether I was very happy with the service.”

“There was an issue with the delivery (Startrack). The item did not arrive at the delivery address (instead was taken straight to the local post office) and no card was left for pick up. However, spoke to Liz from Gift Basket, and she was extremely helpful in sorting out the issue and could not have done any more to help out. Exemplary customer service when an external delivery partner has caused the problem.”

“Hi, Look your staff have been great, my reason for disappointment, 1st time user, organized for my wife's birthday. When it didn't look like arriving yesterday, I thought I should call, your representative ( very helpful ) advised that there had been an issue on Tuesday with Star track packaging / pickups etc. My order never left on Tuesday for Friday delivery. She then organized for resending - thank you. Not her fault at all - however -I would have thought the issue would have been discovered on Tuesday when no tracking number was issued. Anyway, that's my feedback Regards Graeme Bright”
