“The basket was ok but not great. The gift arrived 2 days late, and the best that gift basket.com could do is say sorry. Very poor service., not good value. Won’t use them again Jory Bocknek”

Hi Derek, sorry for the disappointment. We always try our best to send the gift out a day or two early and 98% of our gift hampers do deliver on time but sometimes some delays are out of our control, such as flight delays or weather issues. “Awesome basket. Prompt delivery. And much appreciated by the staff at the hospital. My mum sent LOTS of photos. Made my dads cancer treatment a bit more bearable. Because he was just so thankful to everyone, but didn't know how to thank them.”
