“I found the service excellent, but my hamper going to Toolangi, Vic was not deliverd to the person's address. It was delivered to the Healesville Vic PO which I was most disappointed with. At least you communicated with me that it had been delivered, despite not being delivered to the address I wanted it to. I assume you would use a courier service. When the hamper was finally picked up (it wasn't a surprise any more as I had to ring the person to pick the hamper up) the recipient really was very pleased with the contents and presentation of the hamper. Hi Suzanne, we are sorry to hear that your gift was delivered to the post office. Acreage and rural properties often have either locked gated or driveways that are long/not appropriate for courier vans, large packages are sometimes redirected to the local post office. While we do our best to provide all the information necessary for a successful delivery, couriers must use their individual discretion in the interest of their safety, vehicle accessibility and care for the contents they are transporting. “Excellent time if if delivery.. The presentation box was excellent but I was disappointed with the content of the hamper. A few chocolates scattered between nicely packaged biscuits and jars looked cheap. I felt the contents weren’t best value for money.”

“Worst Customer service. Do not pay for same day delivery. The company is outsourced and it's garbage, couldn't figure out how to get to level 3 in a building. Instead of working on the delivery actually being delivered after it was missed, they sent me an address of a building from my company saying I have given them the wrong address. Basket was lacklustre, plenty of other companies that will do a better job.”

Hi Taylor, we are really sorry to hear about the disappointing experience. The reason we use Go People as our same-day delivery company is because of the great service they provide, unfortunately, this was not what you received and we sincerely apologise. The same-day delivery fee difference had already been refunded back to you the following morning. Regarding the delivery address, there seems to be a misunderstanding as we were only trying to confirm the office name and address with you before trying to redeliver it as the first attempt failed, and we did not want the second delivery to be unsuccessful again. Once again, we are so sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. If we can help you with anything in the future, please feel free to contact us.

“Your service is amazing! As I live in New Zealand and have family in Sydney, buying and sending gifts can be very difficult. Postal service is erratic and costs prohibitive, and I need to be organised well in advance. Sending money can be very "boring"! You have a good selection of goodies which the family enjoys. Thank-you. Haven't checked but what is available for children?”
