“I was happy with the product however the content leaked through the package. It was a gift sent to my daughter interstate”

“not enough options to add to make a big basket eg small pot plant, boxes of chocolates,flowers”

“My friend absolutely loved the basket we gifted her. Customer Service Live Chat helped me with all my questions and queries so quickly, it was amazing! And the basket was delivered on time, fuss-free. The site is also very user-friendly. I highly recommend a gift basket for any occasion : )”

“Excellent service. Prompt communication at all times. Great choice of products. My pamper giftbox was delivered following day to interstate ftom Qld to WA. I requested delivery to a home address and left instructions for it to be left at the retirement village's office, should no-one be home. I did think maybe the courier would take the easy option, but they didn't and delivered straight to my aunt's door. She was very happy to receive her lovely gift and said it was beautiful presented and is thrilled to bits. Would recommend Giftbasket.”

“I was very disappointed at the fact my order was received a day later than expected. It was for my daughters graduation and it was pointless getting it after the event. I would have thought living in Melbourne metro next day delivery would be reasonable. I should have been advised when I ordered that it was unlikely to arrive, the website is misleading and I will not be using giftbasket.com.au again.”

“Delivery did not arrive on time as the unit number dropped off. Had to follow up 3 times and delivery took a week. Received great customer service on 1 occasion, the other interactions were disappointing and required additional follow-ups.”

The demand for courier services is higher than ever with some 2 million new parcels entering the Australia Post network each day. Fluctuating staffing levels available to process this increased demand has further exasperated previous delays. Unfortunately, these factors are impossible to predict and their effects are unavoidable.
