There is also a statement at the checkout advising customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guarantee of delivery date). “Wonderful customer service! I had a gift delivered to a hospital for a dear friend and her unwell son, unfortunately the parcel went missing once in the hospitals care and the response from Gift Basket was amazing. They tried to assist me to locate the parcel and when we couldn’t, they very generously sent a new parcel to my friends home. Many thanks to them for their hard work and amazing service! My friend loved their gift basket and their son had a beautiful little bear to hold onto and remember how strong he was through a hard time.”
