“My order was a gift which was very well received The recipient loved it and it was quite a talking point in his office the day that it was delivered Top quality product and is exactly as portrayed in the website photo I have added this product to my Christmas Present List and will be ordering it again in the near future”

Hi Rosaria, we are sorry that your gift arrived two days late. I checked the tracking of the gift and the gift was delivered on 30th September instead of 28th September. I understand the disappointment but we always advise our customers on the website of the current delays under our “Delivery Information” section. There is also a statement at the checkout advising customers that the calendar function only serves as a guide (not a guarantee of delivery date). During this time, StarTrack is working as quickly as possible to ensure deliveries are being made to customers as soon as possible. On behalf of StarTrack, we would like to apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience caused as a result.

Hi Vicky, we are really sorry that your gift arrived later than the expected delivery date. We always try our best to deliver the best service to our customers. We did dispatched the gift from our warehouse on time but sometimes it just gets delayed in transit which is unfortunately not in our hands as we use Star track and Australia post for sending our gifts and sometimes it takes longer to deliver the gift. We are very sorry for this time. Please accept our apology.

“the produce is very good. i realise that thursday was a holiday, but i cant remember when ordering and selecting ordinary post if it indicated on your website that it could take up to a week for the delivery to be made. the gift arrived on tuesday 27th and i ordered it on Wed 21st. regards suzette”

“Purchased a gift hamper for a beautiful friend. It arrived as promised and was delightfully received which put a wonderful smile on her face. She took a photo for me - I most certainly would have loved to receive such a gorgeous hamper like this. It contained everything the article said it would, neatly packed and presented beautifully.
