“Ellen in the Llangollen Mile end mill store was more than helpful in assisting me in picking out the best kit for my needs without up-selling or undue pressure. Her advice was not only sound but she had a good knowledge of the kit and its pros and cons for my use and needs. i feel like i have the right kit for me now. The shop itself is way laid out, with a friendly welcoming atmosphere, with an amazing array of equipment thank you.”

“Ordered my new PEAK Rvier Guide PFD Vest and although I had an issue with delivery via UPS, the team at Go Kayaking were very helpful and chased UPS for me to ensure that I received my item. They also message me after it has been delivered to make sure it was all correct. Great customer service for sure. Will buy my next kayaking item from them as well”

“Go Kayaking, have once again helped me solve a problem with my boat. They are always great to deal with and are really helpful when things go wrong. Twice recently Andy has helped me get spare parts and repair materials for my boat. A great shop, good advice decent stock and helpful staff. (I have attached a Pappa Stour which we recently visited by sea kayak. Go on have an adventure!)”
