“Would recommend Go Kayaking. Tried Demo Pyranha Fusion kayak and then purchased one. They fitted it out for me, to make sure I was comfortable in it. The staff are very friendly and go out of there way to be helpful. Would recommend them.”

“I ordered a Peak Whitewater spraydeck which was a little too tight and too much effort to put on the kayak. I informed go kayaking and they said to return it. I got a prompt refund and ordered an alternative of their recommendation. Very helpful and professional . The delivery was delayed and when I informed them they have changed their delivery company”

“A friend had been paddling my boat and his last activity threw him right out of the boat in a pool session. Unbeknown to either of us the thigh brace had become loose as he’d managed to separate two of the fir tree rivets (as I now know them). I phoned Go Kayaking as I had bought the boat there, even though it is 200 miles from home. Ellen answered the phone, asked for photos of the parts. A short while later she responded, telling me the parts would be in the post after the weekend. I asked how much the parts would be and was pleasantly surprised when she told me they were free as part of their customer service. The registered parcel arrived a couple of days later. Perfect. Thank you.”

“We bought our kayaks from Go Kayaking last year after they arranged to bring the models and sizes we were interested in to the store so we could try them out on the canal. We returned this year looking for clothing. Again, they ordered the right sizes for us to try without obligation and rang when they were available. We are lucky to have this specialist shop which enables us to try equipment out before committing to the purchase and always with expert advice to support our decisions.”

“Ordered a new paddle and mini hatch which came very promptly. Unfortunately the mini hatch was not complete, but I called and advised the company who managed to get the part picked, packed and in the post that day, for delivery next day, at no charge to myself. Brilliant customer service, very well done.”
