“Thank you, my parcel has arrived. I found the clothes amazing, they are so soft, so beautifully made, the sizing is correct, the colours lovely even nicer than the illustration. “мне пришла поссылка не с моим заказом, все фото у меня есть, готова предоставить... причем я заплатила таможню за свой заказ - кашемировый костюм, а в итоге пришло пончо, которое стоит в разы дешевле... я в шоке, буду писать самые плохие отзывы про ваш сайт, если мой вопрос не решится в ближайшее время. мне нужен денежный возврат, так как ждать и тем более второй раз платить пошлины я не буду”

“Your customer service even contacted me personally to clarify the address (it was correct, but looks a bit unusual). The goods arrived quickly and I am totally satisfied with the quality. The material is soft and smooth, and what was a nice surprise, the dress is knitted as a tube, so no seams on sides.”

“Die Lieferung kam zwar pünktlich, die Ware war von guter Qualität allerdings haben mir die Artikel nicht gut gepasst. So habe ich alle Artikel zurück gesendet. Allerdings ist mir die Rücksendung nur für einen Teil der Artikel bestätigt worden und verlangt, dass ich die anderen Teile bezahle, obwohl ich alles retourniert habe. Ich habe das bereits reklamiert, allerdings noch keine Reaktion erhalten.”

“Super angenehmer Rollkragenpullover, alles 100 %, die Größenangaben sind etwas bemerkenswert, also Größe S ist tatsächlich "small" nicht wie auf dem Bild (Model trägt S) dargestellt, also kürzer und enge anliegender.”
