Thank you for your review. As we have mentioned in our emails, pilling is a natural occurrence in high friction areas of cashmere products. It can quickly be removed using a cashmere comb or by picking them off by hand. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions. Our team members will gladly assist you.

“order took well over a month to arrive cashemere socks had holes after 5 or 6 wears (I know cashmere is delicate so was careful with them - they hadn't even been washed) asked for a replacement and was offered a 10euro voucher which I declined terrible service, product not great, and awful after care”
