“I have still not received my parcel. Today I received a letter from you in German. Please could you resend it in English. Please could you let me know if my parcel is on it’s way or should I claim a cash back. Thank you. Jane mccrum.”

“La mia esperienza è stata pessima, o meglio inesistente, poiché non ho ricevuto il mio ordine 14396, confermato il 15/12/2020. Gobi mi ha informato il 31/12/2020 che il pacco è tornato al mittente e che sarebbe stato rispedito al mio indirizzo. Oggi 6 gennaio non ho ricevuto ancora niente, ma mi si chiede una recensione!”

“I am very pleased with the quality of Gobi products. I have for some time now, been purchasing items for my son, who has eveything, and whos is very particular. these items are of lovely quality,very comfortable and elegant. it always brings a smile to his face as its a sure thing. these can be dressed up or dressed down for casual. quality and comfort.”

“Добрый день! Качество товара очень хорошее! Но на сайте информация ввела меня в заблуждение ! Я не поняла, что товар отправляется не из России , а из Германии . Не было написано, что мне надо будет ещё оплатить таможенную пошлину. Я думала, что магазин в России .”

“the quality is ok, not better than other places, but certainly of the same standard. shipping is quite expensive and they don't tell you up front, but they don't allow returns on most product, so I will not personally be ordering from here again. not quite wroth the trouble given other options out there”
