“I purchased several items and paid £9 delivery charge under the impression from the website that returns are free. However when I tried to return the items the portal said it was not possible to use this from my country (UK). I tried for a week to call them and no one picked up. i am still waiting for a response through their contact us page.”

“Qualität war super. Leider war Geschenkbox sehr knapp bemessen, so dass ich den schönen Schal in die Box zwängen musste. Des Weiteren war ein schwarzer Fleck ( 2 Euro groß) auf den Schal. Sah aus wie ein Schmierfleck. Da es sich um ein Geschenk gehandelt hat und aktuell Corona ist konnte ich den Schal vorher nicht in die Reinigung geben. Daher leider nur zwei Sterne”

“The dress is perfect, amazing there are no seams to add bulk, the size is true to size. The color js indicated as grey bit it is s pale grey that has an aura of blue to it..just love this dress and would definitely purchase their products again. Outstanding!!”

“Die Qualität des Rollkragenpullovers ist hervorragend. Weniger begeistert war ich vom Kundenservice. Die Bestellung wurde zwei Wochen gar nicht bearbeitet und dann bekam ich zahlreiche Emails, dass die Hausnummer in der Versandtadresse fehlen würde, obwohl in meiner Bestellbestätigung alle Daten vollständig waren. Nach über drei Wochen kam die Sendung dann genau noch rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten am 24.12 an, aber es war ein Nervenkitzel...trotzdem toller Pulli!”
