“I have been trying to return it. I sent it back and somehow it was delivered back to me. I have mailed it back to you again. Once I receive my refund I will buy another sweater in it's place. The one I am returning was too big and I didn't like the tucture . I don't care for the sink aspect mixed with the cashmere. I prefer just the cashmere.”

“Very disappointed. The item didn’t reflect the quality and the style I chose from the website. The quality of cashmere can’t be appreciated in this jumper. The jumper came with no information about the composition of material and without information about how to wash this item. I won’t be buying from this website any more.”

“My Gobi cashmere socks (2 pairs) developed large holes very quickly...... Gobi refused an exchange or refund because The Socks Did Not Develop their Holes within the allowed Fourteen Days! Do not buy Gobi Cashmere socks. Shop instead at Hobbs Mabel, Falke, Burlington Fluff, there are several others....”
