“I am very happy to have found this site selling authentic cashmere sweaters and jackets. I bought a few sweaters and a lovely pink oversized double breasted coat for myself. It was so good that my son asked for it. He has it now. I am waiting for a similar design to come so that I can buy again. Lightweight, soft, warm, its a different world... Thank you very much!”

“I shipped my order to Canada via your free USPS delivery waited 3 months and got no responses from corperate. Ended up having to refute charge via VISA. I would have appreciated an overnight FedEx service but no one could have this approved for me. Your products are good but your shipping is terrible to Canada I suggest you offer a better registered postal service as complimentary. Even Lululeon does this. Who’s price point is half of yours. Thanks”

We are happy to let you know that we have expanded our online store and now have a dedicated online store for the US and Canada, which is physically located in LA, USA. Hence, the delivery time to the USA and Canada is reduced significantly. In fact, the estimated delivery time within the USA and Canada is now 5-7 days.

“Your products are worth their prices, however you should consider your methods of shipping. I will not order anything from you, as long as I have no other choice in cashmere offers. In other words, please pay more attention to international shipping methods. Thank you”

“This was the 6th sweater I bought from Gobi. They all fit perfectly. Not very expensive. Quality is ok. Little clue: it might be useful to indicate the national clothing sizes ( M = 50 etc).”

Dear Robert, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We noticed that you have placed your order in December 2019. During the time the UK branch of our logistics partner DHL had a problem with their delivery system and a few orders went missing and we had to cancel and refund the orders in order not to let the customers wait until the investigation of the parcels is done. Unfortunately, your order was one of them. However, we are happy to let you know that the issue with the delivery to the UK is now eliminated.
