“I love, love my new sweater and haven't taken it off since it arrived, promptly, from outer Mongolia. With some free socks! But the colour (blue, slightly green) is not quite the baby blue that seduced me in the Instagram ad. It's still a really nice color but not the same. And it's also quite big for a Small. So if it was in a shop I might have tried it on and not maybe not bought it. But here we are in Lockdown and things coming in the mail, especially from this far away, especially this lovely, are to be treasured.”

“I only put acceptance reason being communicating with Gobi customer service online or Facebook was difficult when I first bought cashmere from this site. There is no indication of the number of plys and gauge used to knit the finished item. And I hope to see many designs and styles added to the cateloge and please bring back Organic cashmere pieces.”

“Hello. Thank You for this form to be able to give a response. I am very satisfied with the product, but have to give some feedback regarding sending. When buying a cashmere scarf I was given a gift of a knitted cap. First, it was not same as it was on the picture, but this is not a catastrophe. The issue was when You send the parcel and indicate the value of the product. If that was a gift why do you mark the value of the product (gift cap)? Since we in Norway have to pay toll taxes I had to pay for the whole purchase double price. My point is - as far as there is a gift I do not have pay for, you may indicate zero value (or possible min) of that. That is the reason I do not purchase from Your website anymore even though I would love to. Thank you.”
