“I am sure your products are fabulous - i never received mine and had a refund - Becasue the carrier was Hermes in UK. They are notoriously bad and the parcel was 'lost in the depot' (usually its delivered to an unknown address or the path). There has also been a tv programme revealing they sell off to an auctionhouse, parcels that Have good addresses and tracking data. So unless you use a different carrier I will never buy from you again - sorry. Change your carrier in UK! Thanks Hilary”

“I am happy with the quality of products, but disappointed with customer service. I had a big order subjected to a free delivery. Due to webpage mistake I bought a pullover which was out of stock. Customer service didn't contact me in advance to propose to change a color and suggested to buy it separately for additional shipping fee.”
