“The quality of the cashmere is so soft. The fit was perfect. The elasticity of the fabric holds up. I bought the men's striped jogger pants & matching hoodie for my son. He loved it so much he exchanged other gift items to buy more from Gobi Cashmere. PK”

“Very soft material and long enough. Very warm. I've worn my gray one a lot and am enjoying being warm. My twin sister received the other, burnt ochre, as a gift and loves it. She's a bus driver and up early so she wears it all the time. Judy M. Howland”

“Ware schön und Qualität gut. War als Geburtstagsgeschenk (09.02.) gedacht. Leider war die Größe, die sonst passt, zu klein. Schade. Ware ging sofort am 10.02. retour.”

“Only frivolity and lies to the client! Just lies! Product received with defect. If I specified this, I was later blocked on both Facebook and Messenger on both accounts: www.gobicashmere.com - www.gobicashmere.de In the end, after I sent the order back, the money was returned to me after two weeks of waiting. That after I posted my problem on Instagram! Avoid this store!”

“Die Qualität und Verarbeitung ist ist sehr hochwertig. Leider wurde bei zwei Pullovern die ich in Größe XL besellt das Etiket falsch eingenäht, es handelte sich um eine XXL. Der Kundenservice ist dafür sehr schlecht! Ich habe den Kundenservice dieses Problem ausführlich beschrieben und auch Fotos mit angehaltenen Maßband gesand, habe aber nach 3 Wochen immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Das gleiche bei der Retoure, warte da auch schon seit der auf eine Bestätigungsemail vom Retoureneingang. So einen schlechten service habe ich bei so hochwertiger Kleidung noch nie erlebt.”

“Schöner Mantel, musste zurückschicken und neu bestellen, weil er zu groß war. Der Vorgang Rücksendung ist leider sehr unbefriedigend, musste Email schreiben und noch hinterher telefonieren. Mühsam! Ausserdem heisst es, Rabattgutschein verschickt, nie angekommen, Beschwerde wird geprüft, bis heute keine Antwort.”

“I first bought Gobi products in Ulaanbaatar and absolutely fell in love with them. Couple of years ago I found out they sell here in USA , and since then I have bought few more me and for others as gifts . They are soft, warm,and very high quality. We are a BIG fan.”
