“Only part of my Christmas order arrived as there had been a mix up in the availability of one of the items and when I phoned to query this, the Customer service was excellent. The lady I spoke to got to the bottom of the problem and emailed me later to confirm that I would be reimbursed the payment without delay. It was so refreshing to be able to easily speak to a real person and the problem was followed up efficiently. While I was disappointed that one item was no longer in stock I understood that these things can happen and was just grateful for the prompt attention.”

“Mini White Mushroom Lamp I bought the mini mushroom lamp as a birthday present for my niece and she was delighted. I hadn’t realised that it could change colour which is an added bonus. The delivery and no service was fast and efficient. I would use Graham & Green again. Many thanks!”

“It is a treasure trove of a store that lifts the spirits, and I did all my Christmas shopping in one visit! One item was out of stock in the colour I wanted, but I was kept up to date on the order and it arrived before Christmas. The staff are lovely, too. Very happy customer.”

“Excellent service, I ordered a Xmas present for my wife which unfortunately arrived damaged, this was swiftly sorted out via email and a new un damaged item arrived the next day, they kept me updated via email and sorted the problem out very quickly, in this day and age this is a massive positive, great customer service and Graham and green will be definitely getting more of my custom in the future, A+ from me cheers martin”
