“I recently found Graham & Green and absolutely love the items they sell, I ordered a beautiful wall ornament, great price and fast delivery, unfortunately the ornament had got damaged in the post, I contacted Graham & Green via email and they dealt with the issue brilliantly. Replacement was immediately dispatched and their communication was excellent. I was so impressed with their customer service I can't recommend them highly enough and their products are lovely. I will be a returning customer and would have no hesitation recommending them to others, they are a stand out business. Thanks to the service assistant who helped with my order.👍”

“I ordered from Graham and Green with the knowledge that some thing special was on its way. I wasn't disappionted. From the lamp shade that has given an old lampbase a new lease of life to the Cat hot water bottle that will be a much loved christmas present ,always something different but always quality and much admired.”

“Very impressed with customer service. Website easy to navigate and order from. My lamp bases came very quickly and were packaged very well, and were exactly as shown on website. I also ordered lampshades which came at same time ( again very well packaged ). I decided to return the lampshades as didn't suit the space and the return was made very easy by the lovely lady on the phone who immediately sent me print out labels which I stuck on the boxes and took to the post office. There were no quibbles or questions. So overall a very good experience and would use this company again.”
