“I bought a single sheet of 2.44x1.22 x 18mm hardwood ply. once I got unpacked I found that all four corners of the sheet were damaged and both main faces had large imperfections in them. Fortunately for my application, appearance was not a big factor. But at over £60 plus £30 delivery I ecpected better quality. Delivery was a day later than originally promised. Don't think I would rush to order again from Harlow.”

“The guy on the sales counter (an older man)was extremely helpful and friendly and quickly sorted my order out. The only reason I gave the 4 stars instead of 5 was because I had to wait a long time to get my order from the yard and they gave me shorter size timber than what I paid for.”

“Ordered interior wood doors online. Website was clear and easy to use. Pricing was competitive. Delivery communication was very good. Delivery made in the time scale given and the driver was pleasant, courteous and placed the doors in the area that we indicated with no problems. Very pleased with the service.”
