“Order was delivered on time and the delivery driver was helpful. The product which was 3 2.4m treated sleepers by 200mm height and 100 mm depth were as specified. They were competitively priced and the delivery charge seemed reasonable. I would happily order from again but I think I would try the incised timber sleepers which I think would be a bit more durable and longer lasting.”

“The guy on the sales counter (an older man)was extremely helpful and friendly and quickly sorted my order out. The only reason I gave the 4 stars instead of 5 was because I had to wait a long time to get my order from the yard and they gave me shorter size timber than what I paid for.”

“The service is very good and the product was of a good quality. It’s not the cheapest but it was very much hassle free and I did not have to worry about my delivery. Only thing I could say is it would have been better to of had it all on the same delivery instead of it been split. Very happy though.”

“Small order of gravel boards delivered on time in good condition - having broought the boards down the drive without assistance, driver offered to help move the boards from driveway into the garage.”

“Really pleased to find a supplier I could get the one joist from of this size for an old floor with 5x2 timbers. Oy downside was the missing 5 mm as the ordered joist was 50x125 but came as 50 x120. I out that down to experience and understanding nominal sizes and the actual supplied.”

“Good service, kept me upto date with things. The only let down and, this was not Harlow Timber Groups fault. The third party delivery services did not give an approximate delivery time, arrived on the day though, (great).”

“Timber was delivered in perfect condition and well packaged. Better quality and value than available elsewhere. Only negative was a result of the courier being unable to deliver on agreed day. Tried to arrange for a different day but was delivered the next day instead when we were out. No harm done in the end.”

“Ordered online and set the collection location as Nottingham. When the email receipt came through it said Long Whatton collection location, bit annoying but they gave me extra wood so all in all a good service.”

“Fast delivery and well packed. Wrong product was sent first time (9mm instead of 12mm marine ply) but Harlow were quick to respond and send me the correct plywood, again with fast delivery.”
