“Product was great, arrived in timescale required, fitted by a decorator for us. We could’ve done with a notification it was en route as we weren’t living at the address it was shipped to but otherwise really good and easy to order”

“A good selection of timber held in stock, seem to price match the timber sector. Only downfall is their uncompetitive delivery costs, not sure how they can charge more for a 5 mile local delivery compared to competitors charging less but travelling 50 miles plus. Might need to look at what the market place does by linking in with spend quantity. If you happen to work in the trade and have a vehicle to pick up local I would say it's the place to go.”

“normally ,you are very good with delivery and quality of the wood,however,last time,i purchased 2x1 marine ply,i use this to make steady rests for customers,and they usually want 12" when it came it was a good 13mm shorter,so i either had to make smaller steady rests but had already advertised 12 " or build it up ,which i did and was time consuming,so please,in future take some time getting the sizes right”

“I'm a DIYer, ordered a load of skirting board, was really happy with what I received, especially at the good price I'd paid. Had a moment of dismay when I saw one length had a nasty split but soon realised that the warehouse had given me a fair bit more than I'd ordered so I had more than enough good quality material to use. A few lengths were a bit more knotty than I'd have liked but at the price I can't grumble and it all looked good once fitted.”
