“When the package arrived with a broken jar of oil inside (coating everything), Hazleton’s customer service folks were immediately responsive and replaced the entire order. As I was sending a care package to my son who had just moved to Vancouver, it was important for me to send him some Mom TLC and the disappointment over the breakage was replaced by gratitude for the speed of replacement. Plus all the products were super yummy (according to my son) who plans to impress some “guests” with his culinary panache!”

“I had never heard of you before and found you on the web when i was looking for a unique gift for a family member. He LOVED IT! I live in Alberta, he lives in north western Ontario. It came with free shipping and arrived in 5 days (including the weekend) and looked awesome. Ill be sure to use you again!”

“The gift was very good. It was a gift to my son for his birthday. He enjoyed the beer and the snacks. I was a bit disappointed on non availability of my first choice. If stock is not there it should be clearly mentioned on the website. Otherwise it is very difficult if I am ordering last minute.”

“I recently purchased an online gift basket of Champagne and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries in a Boat for a dear friend of mine that was kicking off retirement with a fun weekend in Toronto. The customer service was amazing and here is why.....my friend changed the hotel last minute and since my basket was a surprise I thought I was in trouble with being able to get the delivery address changed. Out of blue, I received an email from Hazelton's informing me of the driver's name and cell number! I called Syed, provided the change of address and he even texted me to confirm delivery and to have a nice day! This is awesome service in a day when even getting mediocre service is hard. Way to go Syed and Hazelton's - 5 Stars! My friend loved the basket, the strawberries were fresh, delicious and of course they loved the Champagne - who doesn't! I will definitely order again!”
