We spoke on live chat where I explained that US duty and taxes are now charged against all orders since the removal of the $800 free import threshold.
Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Our flat rate of shipping to the USA with DHL has remained the same throughout this period.
“The product came damaged, with thread pulling across the seams and the rolled edges coming undone. I have notified the contact email with images, and are still awaiting a response. Extremely unimpressed.”
