Hilditch & Key was eventually the shop where I found great service and help from the beginning onwards: the staff helped me choosing the right model for my body and face, gave me valuable advice (e.g., how it should fit when it's new), and even adjusted the twist of the brim for me. It's been a great experience and I can very much recommend this shop!”
“Ordered some hats in the sale, they seem ok, I think at their full price it's far too much, however the disappointment is that as the items were in multiple locations (so I was told) the shipping was not £7.50 as advertised. I emailed before ordering and was told that if I placed the order the difference from the £7.50 would be refunded (shipping was over £15). However after placing the order I have been told no additional reduction can be applied, very disappointing, won't be returning in future.”
“Overall an easy purchasing experience. Paid for the alteration to the sleeves however the neck size appears to be off by at least a half size. I multiple other Hilditchj & Key Shirts, either marked 42 or 16.5 and hove no problem with the top button. This shirt is too tight at the top to button - at least a half size smaller that what I am used to.”

If you care about tradition, craftsmanship, and classic style, it may be for you also. And if you wear hats, there’s no better that Bates! The service and attention one receives in the store is impeccable. And their shipping is excellent.”
