Somewhat taken aback by the amount of taxes and duties (over 40% of the item's price, not taking the £25 shipping into account) as the prices are mentioned Tax included on the website. Your chatbot answered my question and broke down the amount, but it remains that the site is not clear.
The addition of those costs makes shopping with you quite more expensive than in the past, but you're not responsible for Brexit. Still love your nightshirts, but I shall have them bought for me by a friend visiting London in the future (couldn't do it this time because of Xmas).”

As you say, duty and tax is beyond our control. We clearly state that all taxes and duties are included in the order total and displayed at checkout, meaning customers do not have to pay upon delivery.

“I should have tried on the shirt or an equivalent trying-on shirt. It appears that I would need tailored fit in the particular shirt I chose because it is much too wide around the waist and chest. Unfortunately, I am not back in London until after Christmas because I am a school teacher in the Newbury area and we are overseas at the start of the Christmas holidays.”

“Not the service but the socks:
- Had “Hilditch & Key” in bright blue on foot
- “Large” was smaller than Turnbull & Asser’s #12
- Turnbull & Asser socks much higher quality
- Threw out the H&K socks (3 pairs) as too much of a bother to return them”

I am sorry to hear you of your opinion in regards to our socks. Our socks are pictured with the brand logo clearly shown on the sole of sock, out of sight where it can not be seen when worn. We do offer free returns in the UK via DHL, with collection part of the this service had you wished to return them for refund.
